Online grocery shopping with shopnbag is easy and quick.
Log onto shopnbag.co.za to browse through the wide variety of fresh foods, frozen foods, household and kitchen requirements and more. Choose your groceries and products and add the quantities using the "+" and "-" then select "add to cart".
The “cart” icon at the top of the page, gives you an overview of your online shopping items, and let’s you add or reduce items.

To purchase your products, click on “checkout". At checkout, you would need to register with all your personal details on ShopnBag. Complete your grocery home delivery or order pick-up / collection information during the registration. ShopnBag gives you an option to enter multiple delivery addresses. Read and agree to the terms and conditions (tick the box). Click on, "checkout" to submit your online shopping order at your preferred day and time.

Check all your shopping items one final time and click on "order now". You would need to pay your order online via debit card / credit card / EFT. Your order will be confirmed via email.
To place your order and have it home delivered or ready for pick-up, you would need to register on ShopnBag.
Feel free to browse through the product catalogue on ShopnBag and add your shopping products to the cart without registering. But during checkout, you would have to login if you are a registered ShopnBag member or register to complete placing your order.
Click on ‘Register’ in the top right corner on the webpage to fill out all your details and add multiple addresses for home delivery of your groceries.
ShopnBag offers free registration for everyone shopping groceries online.
No charges.
All payments for online shopping to be made online. ShopnBag accepts payment for online shopping by way of electronic transfer, credit cards and debit cards for collections and deliveries.
A copy of your shopping list including the total cost of your purchase and delivery fee will be emailed to you. Your delivery order would also have a tax invoice along with it. No invoice is available on the website.
Prices of all branded and packaged products are as charged by the respective brand. All other prices on promotional deals and other fresh food, home brands are reflected on the ShopnBag website and are subject to change depending on the time that your order is processed.
Yes, shopnbag.co.za has daily promotional deals. From groceries to toiletries and fresh foods, you can see all promotional deals on ShopnBag, under the “Promotions” tab. Shop for products with special discounts and prices in this section.
ShopnBag delivers all your groceries home on the same day for all orders placed before 2pm. All online shopping orders are processed between 9am – 5pm Monday to Sunday. Online orders placed after 2pm will only be picked and delivered the following day between our stipulated delivery times.
On checkout, you have an option to select delivery day and time slot. If your order is placed before 2 pm for the same day on the ShopnBag website, you will receive your orders on the same day in the slot selected by you. All deliveries for orders are made in the day and time slot selected by you.
ShopnBag customer care personnel will contact you telephonically or by way of message when your order is ready for collection or when it has been dispatched for delivery.
Yes, only orders above R 150 will qualify for the delivery option.
Home delivery costs are calculated based on travel time and delivery distance. A breakdown of the delivery cost will be provided on the delivery note and invoice. You may choose the store you prefer to order from, even though it is not the closest store to your delivery area.
Check all home delivery areas at the bottom of the website. All the towns and areas that we deliver to are mentioned on our website shopnbag.co.za. If we are unable to deliver in your area, you will get a notification before checkout.
